Job SummaryIf you're passionate about water and have experience in program management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! TYLin is seeking a Program Manager to join our TYLin | Greeley and Hansen Water Solutions Team. The initial program will involve working on a key strategic water program in Northern California.Responsibilities & Qualifications- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their current and future needs to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage multiple technical assignments concurrently, leading teams to deliver projects to the client's satisfaction while adhering to contract requirements and maintaining schedule and budget.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in planning studies, preliminary designs, final designs, program management, bid assistance, and office services during construction for various water infrastructure projects.
- Identify and lead business development pursuits, positioning and preparing proposals to achieve the office's growth goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater specifically in pump stations, conveyance, and dams. California PE license required.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of$161,300 - $290,300 annually for this position and local market.
