Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Area Executive Chef to oversee several northern properties of the portfolio and develop F&B Operations to exceed brand standards and Owner expectations. In this Leadership position you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns"! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Training and Implementing new menus for both Food and Beverage
o Oversee Training and Onboarding of all New Employees
o Uphold Food and Beverage Standards, to ensure we are best in class.
o Assist with bespoke activations at the property level
o Develop special menus for bespoke experiences
o Ensure Food and Beverage have all supporting documents to execute menu roll outs appropriately with recipe cards, inventory sheets and order guides.
o Complete knowledge of POS System, to ensure we update all menu items timely and ensure pricing is correct.
o Support & implement Corporate initiatives, to be rolled out at Property level, to ensure consistency within the portfolio.
o Quarterly Audits of the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure compliance with Standards of Twenty Four Seven Hotels and Brand Standards
o Knowledge of Choice, Marriot, Hilton, and Hyatt brand standards is a plus.
o Supports in sourcing products from vendors for Marketplace, Bar and Restaurant outlets.
o Ability to Travel for 4-5 days consecutively, to give properties the appropriate support.
o Complies with local and state laws to ensure each property has but not limited to; Serve Safe and RBS Certification for each employee.
o Ensure each property upholds companies' standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.
o Previous multi-unit experience needed
o Hands On Approach, Ability to Stand for 6 Hours at a time and Ability to work in an Office Environment. Knowledge of software systems or wiliness to learn; Microsoft Excel, Word, Birchstreet System, Hotel Effectiveness, ADP
