EHS SPEC 3: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 to $92,000/year.
EHS SPEC 2: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.31/hr.-$41.59/hr.
Full Salary or Hourly Range:
EHS SPEC 3: The full salary range for this position is $74,300/yr. to $134,500/yr.
EHS SPEC 2: The full hourly range for this position is $32.18/hr. to $57.28/hr.
Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University.

Brief Summary of Job Duties
Under the direction of the Industrial Safety Program Manager, develops, implements, manages, provides support, and identifies needs for a diverse set of occupational health and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, and help ensure a safe workplace. Additional areas of responsibility include performing job hazard and personal protective equipment (PPE) assessments, developing and providing training and technical information, performing audits and compliance inspections, generating reports and corrective action notifications, providing injury prevention program assistance, implementing injury prevention strategies, and monitoring injury trends on campus. Obtains and maintains certifications necessary for program implementation and oversight.
