Instructional Design Consultant - 100% Virtual

Job Description
We are working with our client in locating an Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to create three training modules aimed at enhancing foundational training skills, equity-centered facilitation, and eLearning module creation.
Deliverables to include:

Start Date: May 2024
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Location: 100% Virtual
The pay range is $55 to $60 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

- 1 x 45-minute Equity-centered Facilitation module
- 1 longer eLearning course (length TBD)
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, particularly with blended learning approaches.
- Strong e-Learning Developer: Proficient in developing engaging and interactive eLearning content. Experience with Learn 360 (LMS) is advantageous.
- Experience with Articulate 360, Canva, and Genially (experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Training Skills and Techniques: Capable of providing case studies/samples demonstrating effective training methodologies. Ability to discuss and analyze training approaches ("get meta").
- Equity Centered: Experience in teaching trainers, particularly within education/healthcare sectors, with a focus on centering equity.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality instructional content.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
- A strong portfolio of relevant work samples.
