HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $19.50

Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova is seeking a Inspectress/Inspector to join our great Housekeeping Team and enjoy all the benefits of our exciting hotel environment. Responsible for inspecting cleanliness of guest accommodations. This position performs quality control functions to ensure standards and expectations are met. Will also assist Housekeeping staff with various cleaning projects, assist in cleaning rooms, laundry & lobby as needed. Must have open availability and be able to work Monday-Sunday.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous housekeeping room inspectress/inspector job experience preferred.
• Previous guest room attendant experience in a full service hotel or similar job experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in a team orientated environment
• Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:
• Standing and walking during entire 8 hour shift
• Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours and carries supplies
