What you will be doing

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for design, planning, management, maintenance, and support associated with Keycloak and Open FGA based IdAM solution. You will work closely with the development team to perform and manage our IdAM solution, its upgrade, and all associated documentation.

What you bring:

  • Working with our engineering and infrastructure teams to design and implement high-availability, high-performance Keycloak and Open FGA based IdAM solutions for the program.

  • Maintaining and upgrading the deployed IdAM solution.

  • Administrating IdAM solution at an enterprise level scale

  • Providing training to the team on the IdAM solution and deployment as required.

  • Coordinate with IAM team to prioritize product backlogs for Sprints and Releases.

  • Assist with monitoring & reporting technical variances; facilitate resolution of technical issues that adversely impact successful product delivery.

  • Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories and collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Create technical documentation, project documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including 3rd party integration developers, front-end developers, backend API developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality API applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Expertise with implementing Keycloak and Open FGA based IdAM solution that supports the integration of enterprise user directories such as LDAP and AD, and/or 3rd-party SSO provider for identity information and applications via standards-based tokens.

  • Expertise with implementing Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC), policy creation and enforcement.

  • Expertise with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0.

  • Expertise with implementing high-availability Keycloak and Open FGA architecture through clustering deployment in Kubernetes.

  • Expertise with Keycloak REST APIs and Administration GUI.

  • Expertise with reading and editing configuration files, such as JSON and YAML.

  • Experience working with Linux operating system.

  • Experience with configuration management and scripting languages.

  • Experience working with AWS, such as Amazon RDS, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service etc.

  • Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Pulumi etc.

  • Ability to work well/collaborate with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevSecOps/IdAM engineering in Enterprise companies.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git/Gitlab.

  • Experience with software development environments and CI/CD tools.

  • Experience with Pulumi (C#)

  • Experience with declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes, such as Argo CD

  • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols.

  • Experience with Microservices architecture and its components, including Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience and domain knowledge related to payment processing.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $167,780.00 - $281,870.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
