Description
OEM Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities - such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling - to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. By supporting the best software, engineering, design and UX talent, you will be a part of creating new technologies and concepts that can be applied across the OEM enterprise.

Supporting the OEM Model E team means building the future as OEM's center of innovation and growth through electric and connected vehicles and services. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and highly-motivated Talent Specialist to help deliver an amazing candidate experience. This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Skills Required:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
Skills Preferred:

  • You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.

Experience Required:
  • 4+ years of overall work experience
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
Education Required:
  • Undergraduate or equivalent
