OEM Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities - such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling - to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. By supporting the best software, engineering, design and UX talent, you will be a part of creating new technologies and concepts that can be applied across the OEM enterprise.

This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role
- Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice You are curious.
- You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
- You ask for feedback, and want to grow and develop in your career.
- Problem solver: you think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver them against tight deadlines
- 4+ years of overall work experience
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Undergraduate or equivalent
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
