DUTIES & SCOPE:

  • Close support of project management team.
  • Evaluate and help to improve the systems and processes used by the department to effectively meet customer requirements and profitability goals with an emphasis on strong internal unit tracking methods.
  • Ensure schedule requirements are met. Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements. Communicate those challenges/adjustments.
  • Interact with the customers and vendors to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion.
  • Provide coordination and support of third-party construction firms and subcontractors.
  • Proactively and systematically communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing process per project terms as directed by Project Team.
  • Coordination with Site Superintendent(s) to understand jobsite needs. and assess

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/private Fire Alarm construction.
  • Understand basic Fire Alarm means and methods.
  • Field experience coordinating with construction teams.
  • Basic knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders and contracts.
  • Ability to take initiative, and communicate, both oral and written.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $60,000 and $75,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance plan, bonus and benefits.
