The Leave and Accommodation Specialist is responsible for processing correspondence related to requests for leave and the creation of written correspondence that conforms to our client's documentation and quality assurance standards.
Training is held in our Anaheim, CA office for approximately 7 weeks.
This position will become remote after the training period, but the candidate MUST have the flexibility to work from our Anaheim corporate office when needed, approximately 3-5 times per year.

Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports and/or presentations
Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm PST.
This position has a salary range of $24.00-$28.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the final candidate within the range depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
