The Opportunity

Adobe's newly formed Treasury Process Optimization and Governance team is looking for a highly skilled Treasury Systems Manager who will play a key role in optimizing our Treasury processes, enhancing system functionalities, and driving overall financial excellence across our Treasury and Finance systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP ECC6.0 and/or S/4 HANA, change management experience, and a passion for enhancing user experience and efficiency. The successful candidate will be hyper-focused on continuous improvement and will be able to partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

What you'll Do
  • Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts to deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization. This includes managing timely defect resolution, enhancement or automation requests, new feature releases, testing, and training opportunities.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the entire Treasury systems landscape and other integrated applications. Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
  • Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Quickly action regulatory requests from our banking partners.
  • Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury connected services.
  • Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Acts at system admin across a variety of systems and applications.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of finance systems experience - specifically:
    • Technical and functional knowledge of SAP ECC6.0 FSCM Credit Management, Dispute Management, Credit exposure, Foreign Exchange, B/S hedging, cash management, GL, etc.
    • Deep understanding of SAP data tables and SAP security roles.
    • Proficiency in Scrum process (Agile) with use of a story/sprint tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Preferred skills and experience:
    • S/4 HANA implementation
    • Understanding of payment methods, SWIFT, XML files, EBS, and bank connectivity.
    • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba), CRM (D365, SFDC), ticketing systems (Service Now).
    • Data visualization tools (PowerBI)
  • Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and foreign exchange),
  • Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,300 -- $232,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
