Sr. Order Management Specialist

We are currently hiring for a talented Sr. Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will support our company's growing Sales Operation Team. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You will be able to earn internal and external customers' trust. This role will focus on managing all orders and ensuring customer expectations are surpassed. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, processing internal and external orders plus supporting other activities related to the order. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks while navigating through multiple applications simultaneously. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
    Responsible for reviewing and processing all orders (internal and external) including verification of all required information to ensure completeness and SOX compliance.
  • Understand order terms of system, service orders and consumable orders. Identify deliverables plus necessary steps thereafter, to ensure successful delivery and execution against the order. To be done promptly with a short turnaround time.
  • Manage all incoming orders (internal and external) by being the liaison to help facilitate quick turnaround time for order processing and fulfillment. This includes coordination with warehouse team, procurement team, and or any other internal teams when necessary. Also, managing communication with customers associated with the order booking process. Communication includes providing order confirmation, shipment notifications, delays, etc. All interactions will be done timely to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Act as the internal point of contact and communicate with internal stakeholders through the purchase and delivery process. Lead and or coordinate meetings, when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers resolve their issues.
  • Help identify and execute enhancements to the order management process for creating a more efficient process.
  • Help develop internal processes for Operations and Service/Support to follow to ensure consistent and streamlined order management practices.
  • Responsible for ensuring order accuracy in the database, which includes routine maintenance and clean-up of the database, when necessary.
  • Train on order management process as the company grows. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum BS in technical field, preferably engineering, chemistry or biology, with 2-5 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Detail oriented and process driven
  • Computer savvy, with ability to maneuver through complex systems
  • Ability to process multiple requests at a time and properly prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Understanding of common material transactions including PO receipt, order fulfillment, and inventory transfers
  • Experience with ERP and CRM at a transaction level is a plus
  • Team player, eager to learn, ready for a fast pace

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $70,000 and $110,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
