Summary:

In this role, you will manage and own projects and processes. You will drive accountability for defined business results and key operational performance metrics. You will collaborate with senior management and other business leads to evaluate processes and review opportunities for adjustments and/or improvements. You will develop new business operations, analyses, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized analyses, leveraging internal and external as well as structured or unstructured datasets.

  • Utilize advanced modeling techniques; handle large data sets.

  • Identify gaps in existing reporting and analytical processes.

  • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risks, and/or complexity to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external leaders.

  • Identify needs and reach appropriate compromises to ensure alignment with desired outcomes and expectations.

  • Share professional recommendations and preferred course of action with leadership and external stake holders.

  • Influence decision making at highest levels of the organization.

  • Develop new business operations, analyses, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years ofrelevant experience required.

  • Advanced capabilities in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint required.

  • Experience presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions preferred.

  • Strong relationship management skills a plus.

  • Experience with data quality and performance improvement initiatives or projects desired.

  • Must be proficient with analysis & assessment (qualitative and quantitative) and process improvements.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$77,400.00 - $115,050.00
