About the role:

The Program Manager, Integrated Marketing role is a part of the Marketing Program Management team, supporting the planning and activation of Integrated Campaigns. This role will work directly with our Integrated Marketing team and the cross-functional teams within marketing that contribute to building and executing our integrated campaigns: content, product marketing, brand & creative, customer marketing, data and analytics, and more.

You will support the team to strategize, scope, build, execute, adapt, and measure high-impact campaigns and programs to generate leads, drive pipeline, and position Samsara as the leader in connected operations and position Samsara as the leader in connected operations. You should be experienced in project managing full-funnel integrated campaigns. This highly cross-functional role requires building strong relationships and alignment across the central and regional marketing teams and working collaboratively with other GTM functions.

This role is open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Area (125 mi. radius from 1 De Haro St, San Francisco) and NYC Metro Area (50 mi. radius from 131 W 55th St, New York).

Program Manager, Integrated Campaigns

  • 8+ years of experience in program management role at a high-growth, global B2B Tech company.
  • Experience program managing full funnel integrated campaigns at each phase, from strategy and planning to execution.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands - comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
  • A self-starter who is confident leading multiple projects at the same time that require both strategic end-to-end thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment.
  • Comfort and experience with executive interaction and presentations.
  • Process oriented with the ability to build timelines, trackers and bill of materials for each integrated campaign, set agendas, run meeting cadences, drive accountability with all contributors to the campaign.
  • Conduct biannual and quarterly planning sessions to work with Integrated marketing and steering committee to set campaign priorities, drive alignment across leadership.
  • Develop processes and playbooks to scale global integrated campaigns.
  • Work with our data and analytics team to ensure the team is tracking, measuring and optimizing campaign tactics at each stage of the funnel.
  • Hold ongoing retrospectives to promote continuous process improvements.
  • Execute and track quarterly OKRS (goals that align to business priorities).
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Product, Growth, Sales Operations).

Communication

  • Strong verbal and written skills with a strong ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans.
  • Strong EQ - effective interpersonal skills to build working relationships and accomplish work goals.
  • Strong ability to help people feel valued, appreciated and included in discussions.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members and others about project status, including progress, risks and any issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ability to convey complicated information in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Tools & Processes

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Airtable, Jira, google sheets).
  • Experience working in Google suite.
  • Not required but a major advantage: proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 8 years in program management, and or strategy and operations in Marketing.
  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS companySpecific experience in Marketing program management, managing large scale launches and or campaigns with multiple workstreams, deliverables, stakeholders and cross organizational teams involved.
  • Experience managing a budget and working with vendors.

An ideal candidate also has experience but not required:

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau.

Samsara's Compensation Philosophy: Samsara's compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through our base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to achieve higher market positioning.

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
