Your ability to design and implement test plans, lead testing efforts, tackle issues, identify defects, and provide clear risk assessments to the project team is key to success in this role. You will have strong critical thinking skills, and value communication and collaboration as part of a global cross-functional team.

Key Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in Contact Center tools and workflows
- Previous experience with software QA including test planning, writing, and assessing and communicating risk based on issues identified
- Knowledge and proficiency with QA methodologies
- Strong focus on the customer experience
- Skilled at analyzing complex or ambiguous issues
- Creative problem solver
- Curious and agile learner
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Experience with utilizing, running and contributing to automation preferred
- Some experience with coding required, knowledge with Python and Swift preferred

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $96,900.00 and $161,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
