Position: Project Manager - Full-Time Onsite

Salary Range:$100K-$120K annually, with potential for bonuses
Location:Palmdale, CA
Work Hours:8 AM to 5 PM
Note: A security clearance is required prior to employment. This position is strictly onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management:Manage all stages of project development from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Utilize advanced project management tools to track progress and adjustments.
Stakeholder Engagement:Establish and sustain robust relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Maintain open lines of communication, routinely updating stakeholders on progress and managing any concerns that arise.
Risk Management:Identify, assess, and communicate risks and opportunities associated with the project. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance project profitability and timelines.
Scope and Change Management:Handle project scope diligently, managing all change requests in alignment with project goals. Ensure all changes are approved and documented systematically, integrating them into the overall plan.
