    Summary for Both Positions:
    As a key member of our team, you will provide stellar banking services to clients, demonstrate leadership in operations, and support the Branch Manager in driving branch growth. Your role entails upholding operational standards, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Both Positions Include:
    • Manage branch staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and deliver superior customer service.
    • Maintain operational documentation, review branch reports, and oversee branch security measures.
    • Resolve account disputes, handle daily operational tasks, and perform teller duties.
    • Uphold compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Engage in a minimum of 10 hours of CRA volunteer work annually, promoting community service.

    Branch Operations Officer Sales Responsibilities:

    • Lead the team in implementing sales programs to drive targeted branch deposit growth.
    • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
    • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on business customer prospecting and development.
    • Foster relationships with current clients to enhance business opportunities and profitability.

    Branch Operations Specialist Leadership/Service:

    • Provide operational guidance, training, and development for staff members.
    • Recognize and encourage exceptional customer service, sales, and operational performance.
    • Engage staff in professional development, set team goals, and support promotional activities.
    • Resolve challenging situations with creativity and diplomacy, ensuring client satisfaction.

    Branch Operations Officer Leadership/Service:

    • Offer operational guidance, training, and development for staff members to drive excellence.
    • Recognize and motivate staff for exceptional performance in customer service, sales, and operations.
    • Partner with the Branch Manager to set team goals and inspire staff toward success.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling client interactions.

    Branch Operations Specialist Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Manage up to 2 branch employees, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments.
    • Support the Branch Manager in addressing performance issues and completing evaluations.
    • Process daily transactions, approvals, and oversee branch operations in the absence of the Manager.
    • Support client interactions in the absence of higher management.

    Branch Operations Officer Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Lead up to 5 branch employees, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
    • Supervise daily operations, assess employee performance, and manage schedules effectively.
    • Provide approvals, oversee transactions, and handle client matters in the absence of the Branch Manager.
    • Take charge of various operational duties to maintain branch efficiency.

    Branch Operations Specialist Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking applications.
    • Notary Public certification preferred.

    Branch Operations Officer Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years of banking experience with 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Strong operations background with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs.
    • Notary Public certification preferred.
