Director of Pharmacy St. Joseph Hospital, Eureka, CA Salary: $165K+ An opportunity to live on the spectacular North Coast in a community known for the beauty of its surroundings and its creative energy. St. Joseph Hospital serves the community as a full-service, acute-care 76 bed facility, part of the St. Joseph's Hospital system. The hospital comprises two campuses within a quarter mile of each other. Services include a newly remodeled Urgent Care Clinic, cardiac surgery, an accredited Cancer Program, and Women's and Children's Services , Pediatric Care, and the only Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nursery (NICU) on the North Coast. The centralized Pharmacy is located in a newly remodeled facility and has physician order entry and Pyxis . Hours: 6:30AM - 9:00PM Mon-Fri; 7:00AM - 5:30PM Sat-Sun Description: CPS will help grow your pharmacy management skills. As a CPS-employed Director of Pharmacy at St. Joseph Hospital, you’ll have a full support team available to you, from a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, and 340B Specialist to a Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations. You’ll recommend innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. Required qualifications: BS or PharmD and CA licensure in good standing. Previous hospital pharmacy management or supervisory experience. Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Ability to work cooperatively with other members of CPS and hospital and pharmacy staff Rewards: $165+ salary and comprehensive benefits package, including paid ASHP membership.
