| Progressive nursing leadership for a minumum of 5 years with at least 3 years in a Nurse Manager position. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or in progress. The ability to quickly be knowledgeable of legal, regulatory, ethical, managerial and organizationn requirements and the principles and standards for an acute care general hospital in the State of California. Must be able to guide and direct hospital operations to ensure they are functioning in accordance with their respective missions and in the most economic manner feasible. Effective verbal communications in large groups. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Current California Nursing License. Current BLS certification.*
