Requirements	The successful candidate will assist in the management of construction projects including coordinating with in-house staff, outside consultants and clients. Minimum of 10 years experience in design, project management and construction supervision is required. Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) and be organized. Must be a take charge individual with a history of client satisfaction., and a 4 year Construction Management or related architectural/engineering degree is required. Experience in managing Owner/Agency Corrections/Prision construction is required. Preference to individuals who have their Certified Construction Manager, (CCM) designation will be given. Applicants without Corrections experience will not be considered and need not apply.
