Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Increase enrollment in test preparation courses working with the executive director and marketing director to manage and implement the day-to-day marketing activity as well as develop the overall, long-term marketing strategy for the territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Drive enrollment growth in retail courses
2. Establish, manage, and nurture new relationships and promotional partnerships with high schools, college clubs, and other partners
3. Work directly with the marketing director and executive director to execute national and regional initiatives
4. Work with the marketing director to deliver timely and accurate communications to prospective students
5. Plan and manage all promotional and operational aspects of running marketing events; participate in outreach events to attract students
6. Maximize effective use of marketing and outreach resources while staying within budget constraints
7. Develop effective and creative ways to promote brand awareness and grow the business
8. Find inventive solutions to daily problems
