Positions in this function Internal actvities - conduct periodic privacy audits and surveys; coordinate ongoing and regular security assessments; conduct regular station walkthroughs; conduct regular and ongoing minimum necessary assessments and policing; monitor privacy compliance.

External activities - External Developments and Legislation - monitor new industry issues and technological developments; track new privacy legislation and implement and/or coordinate implementation of new privacy programs (e.g., ARRA / HITECH, Electronic Health Records, FTC Red Flags Identity Theft Rule, Massachusetts Security Program)

Complaints and Incidents - respond to regulator and member complaints; conduct and/or coordinate investigation, mitigation, notifications, communications, and reporting; draft corrective action plans and monitor implementation. Reviews the work of others.
