This is a SENIOR position. Person is to become head of new product development.


We are in search of a product marketing manager/user interface designer who has multiple years experience. We need someone who can help develop specifications for a number of products – all would be built primarily as a software as a service model. The right person should have multiple years hands-on experience designing software and working w/ technical teams to see that it is built correctly.


We are a fast growth web application company that has more than doubled our revenue and client base every year of the company’s existing (almost 5). We were ranked 2nd in our industry in the Inc Fast 500 list the first year we were eligible (2008). We are seeking someone to take on a key seat in our company. Someone who will head our new product development efforts and be able to build a team around him or her. This person will be charged with designing highly usable web applications. The primary part of this will be designing user interfaces (build initially as mockups in Adobe Photoshop), managing junior designers, working closely with and managing programming teams, working w/ testers to determine problems with usability, and other tasks related to building, launching and improving GREAT web applications.


Person should have a core understandings of and multiple years working with basic web, application/software design methodologies. Ideal candidate will have developed specifications and/or user interface designs for large, massively scalable websites in the past. Should have experience working in teams of designers, programmers, testers, etc…
