Chief Learning Officer and Director of Training
Fast growth stage two start-up seeks candidate to build and lead mission critical training department. Candidate must have experience leading a department/group of more than 3 direct reports. Successful candidate will help create firm’s training and certification offerings on its software, develop internal training practices for new hires, act as a hand’s on trainer and develop, hire and manage a team of Jr. trainers. Additional duties include maintaining class schedules and descriptions, development of lessons, plans, course material, etc… and reporting to senior management. Ideal candidate would have multiple years training experience along with experience running a training department.
