We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Position Summary: Provides high level administrative support for the Vice President of Publishing and a number of other senior staff members. This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing internal and external correspondences, presentations, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed. Will also be responsible for organizing and setting up logistics for meetings and conferences, and preparing materials for meetings. The individual in this position will work with confidential information and must maintain the highest level of confidentiality. In addition, must maintain a professional demeanor with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to communicate with all levels of the organization including Senior Brady Leadership and employees outside of the United States.Oversee building maintenance and upgrading of office environment facilities including selection of furnishings, decor, general office environment setup. Job Requirements: 1. Work requires the level of educational development normally acquired through a high school degree. Prefer additional training beyond high school. 2. Requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years previous administrative support experience preferrably with a minimum of three years at the executive level. 3. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Lotus Notes preferred. 4, Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused orientation. |
