Compiles, maintains, verifies and interprets data using organization plans and independent judgment. Performs in-depth analyses of data in order to identify trends and potential technical and management problems. Drafts reports of findings along with related documentation for higher level review. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.

1. Ability to perform data analysis, interpret results, document findings/recommendations for management review. 2. Must have functional proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) 3. Must have demonstratable proficiency in MS Project 4. Must have understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and terminology. 5. Must be familiar with process improvement techniques, procedures, and terminology. 6. Must be able to demonstrate writing skills proficiency. 7. Possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. 2. Must have understanding of Naval terminology, customs, and courtesies. 3. Must be able to function in a multi-disciplined team environment. 4. Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening 5. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
