The Risk and Requirements Analyst III will be employed on the AWS (Advanced Wireless Services) Microwave Network Frequency Transition Phase II contract. This position compiles, maintains, verifies and interprets data in accordance with the SOW (Statement of Work). Analyzes data in order to identify trends and potential technical and management problems. Maintains awareness of technological, operational, and programmatic risks, and provides alternatives and serves in making trade-off asssessments. Monitors and analyzes project progress including milestone tasks, resources assigned, task sequences, and task durations in order to meet program requirements. Ensures requirements are met in order to fulfill DIDs (Data Item Descriptions) and complete reviews by customer. Drafts reports of findings along with related documentation for higher level review. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the DOD program management environment and Life-Cycle Systems Engineering Activities. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to the project manager.
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project experience is a plus. Ability to meet deadlines and analyze and compile data into reports.
DOD program management and Systems Engineering Life-Cycle activities experience is preferred.
