Requirements	This successful candidate will be responsible for design, construction and post construction phase activities. Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates all activities required to achieve a successful project completion. This candidate must have project experience related to Rail/Transit projects and a minimum of 10 years experience in design, project management and construction supervision is required. Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) and be organized. Must be a take charge individual with a history of client satisfaction. A 4 year Construction Management or related architectural/engineering degree is required. Applicants without experience related to Rail/Transit projects will not be considered and need not apply.
