Requirements	This successful candidate will have a minimum of (5) five years experience working in a support role to a PM/CM. Job duties will be to provide technical and engineering support to the PM/CM. This candidate will coordinate between Contractor and Architect and manage Architects for timely and accurate responses to requests. They will also be responsible for initial review of submittals and creation of submittal packages, as well as developing estimates, negotiating cost and writing change orders. Will also perform other duties as directed by PM/CM. Must have an Associate’s Degree from a business school and Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. Knowledge of Expedition is a plus. Experience working for a construction organization is preferred. Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential.
