| Requirements | This successful candidate will be responsible for design, construction and post construction phase activities. Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates all activities required to achieve a successful project completion. This candidate must have project experience ranging in construction value from $25M to $100M and a minimum of 10 years experience in design, project management and construction supervision is required. Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) and be organized. Must be a take charge individual with a history of client satisfaction. A 4 year Construction Management or related architectural/engineering degree is required. Experience in managing Owner/Agency Healthcare construction is required. Preference to individuals who have their Certified Construction Manager, (CCM) designation will be given. Applicants without Healthcare experience will not be considered and need not apply. |
