PM COMMUNITY SUPERVISOR (LVN desirable, but not required)

Salary and Hours:
$19-27 per hour, depending on experience
Shift hours: 2:00 – 10:30 (approximate)
Must have three years of supervisor experience

Job Description:
• Assist Med Techs with medication pass, as necessary.
• Communicate pertinent resident information to co-workers at shift change.
• Support Resident Assistants. Assume role as “shift leader” and help to guide the staff, as appropriate.
• Communicate with family members and doctors, as necessary, to assure the smooth operation of our medication management protocols.
• Supervise the PM Staff and assure all breaks are taken as scheduled.
• Oversee service and care delivery for the residents.
Requirements:
• Experience working with frail elderly.
• High School degree or equivalent, college desirable.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Current First Aid Certification or willing to complete and obtain certification.
• Three years experience managing/supervising staff.
