Full-time Rotating Shifts

Dameron Hospital (Inpatient) - Stockton, CA

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Staff Pharmacist at Dameron Hospital in Stockton, CA. Rotating 8 hour shifts. Some on-call. Competitive pay rate + shift differential + on-call pay. Shifts are usually spread over 4 days.

Full Service Hospital with Strong Community Orientation - Dameron Hospital, a 188 bed full community hospital in Stockton, CA, has provided quality healthcare support to the residents of the Stockton community since 1912. Today, the hospital provides comprehensive services, but still retains the patient and community focus of a smaller community hospital.

New Pharmacy Automation Upgrades - The Inpatient Pharmacy is centralized, open from 6am-midnight, 365 days per year and has recently initiated automation upgrades including a new pharmacy information system, point of care med administration system, and automated dispensing cabinets. The Pharmacy is managed by Comprehensive Pharmacy Services.

Rotating Functions and Shifts - As a Staff Pharmacist at Dameron Inpatient, you will rotate through distributive (order entry and checking), clinical, and management project functions as staffing levels permit. Fast paced, multifaceted environment. cohesive team atmosphere. The Dameron Pharmacy staff work as a team, helping each other and keeping one another accountable in their shared mission of providing the best support for physicians and nurses so that they may provide the best care for patients. All Pharmacy staff are employees of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services.

Recent experience in an Acute Care Setting. To be considered, you must have a CA license in good standing; recent experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting; and effective verbal and written communication skills.
