This position will lead the PayPal Bank Transfer Product team accountable for managing the Global PayPal Bank Transfer platform. The BT platform handles over 30 percent of PayPal TPV in several countries.using ACH, EFT, and Bill Payment capabilities. The position will leverage metrics for consumer experience, transaction expense, and global processing to define and manage success for the BT team. A key aspect of the job is leading the building of products that enhance global bank access for PayPal working closely with the regional teams. The position will lead the Strategic Planning Process submissions for the BT team for eventual funding of this buildout.

Manage the Bank Transfer product team to support, and enhance current bank transfer capabilities that use ACH, EFT, and Bill Payment to move money between PayPal accounts and Direct Debit Accounts. The individual needs to demonstrate leadership in payments and must have a deep understanding of ACH and related payment networks. The individual must also understand the operational aspects of ACH payments including optimal returns processing to reduce losses. The job requires a global perspective which includes building products applicable to multiple regions and liasioning with regional teams for product integrations. Creativity is desired, to find alternative ways of getting access to DDA funds for those consumers that want convenient access. Cross-vertical leadership and being unbounded will be critical to the success of this position.
