Primary Responsibilities:

Entering prescriptions and verifying appropriate information
Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Processing prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolving customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
Constantly meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining a good attendance record

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1 + year pharmacy-related experience required
Licensed Pharmacy Technician is required
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED is required
Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
Prior stable work experience
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods of close vision looking at a computer monitor
Service center environment with moderate noise level due to representatives talking, computers, printers, floor activity
