Work as a senior lead consultant on the Employer Advisory Services (EAS) team. This position reports directly to Jeffrey Allen, Managing Director, Benefit Advisory Services, as part of the EAS team.
Primary responsibilities:
Develop cutting-edge data-driven consulting in response to current and emerging employer benefit design needs
Provide clients (internal and external) with implementation support and advice, to assure that clients receive anticipated return on investment.
Identify and develop new consulting opportunities with existing clients, as well as new prospects.
Provide health benefit design strategy and health data analysis/interpretation expertise, addressing client and prospect questions, issues and information needs.
Play the lead role and/or support role as multi-functional and cross-business unit projects are presented.
Provide up-to-date information on industry changes, movement and approaches
Multi-task to perform other duties as assigned
