POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary: The incumbent functions as a key member of the management team with specific accountabilities to ensure that the campus and associated buildings and patient areas are maintained in a clean, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing manner. In addition, other services such as parking and communications must function effectively to provide quality services to customers who come to the hospital or interact via telephone. The incumbent assumes 24-hour/7 day week accountability for these areas of responsibility. 5 years experience as a manger of a hospital-based environment services or other guest services department in an acute care setting required. Experience in a multi-facility system Bachelors degree in Business or a related field An equivalent amount of education and experience may substitute for the requisite degree.
