| Overview: |
Océ Business Services, a recognized leader in document lifecycle solutions, is currently seeking an experienced sales executive for our Los Angeles/Orange County market. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to develop and close sales at the c-level. The position requires strong business acumen in addition to a high energy level and sense of urgency.

| Responsibilities: |
* Prospect for business customers primarily through face-to-face and cold calling * Build, develop and nurture customer relationships with sold accounts * Responsible for moderately complex, well-defined sales opportunities * Drive revenue, maintain accountability for set goals and objectives, and attain and exceed monthly sales quotas * Prepare and present professional proposals/service solutions specific to the customer’s needs * Develop sales plans and penetrate new accounts * Develop relationships at the operational and mid-management level * Assist in coaching new peers on the sales process * Sell office solutions to perspective clients within a dedicated region * Work with the Analysis Team * Prepare monthly reports * 15 - 1st appointments per month * Assist in developing financial forecasts * Monitor operations for efficiency and quality * Renegotiate client contracts * 4 business plans per month * Close and install at least one deal every other month * Responsible for participating in local chapters of ALA, IFMA and MSMA Perform other duties as requested by Sales Manager
