The contractor shall evaluate, update and maintain the MILOPS GIS feature classes for use in all three (3) primary USMC enterprise business systems; GIS, Range Facilities Management Support Systems (RFMSS), iNFADS. During the length of the period of performance, the contractor shall support the range control offices with daily GIS products. The contractor shall produce cartographic products that leverage the investment in MILOPS data, primarily through daily support and the production of MIM and MIMICS map documents. The contractor will synchronize the validated data entries for conformity to policy and standards. Once verified, all necessary information is to be reported for inclusion in Property Record Cards (PRCs).

The contractor shall provide updated and GEOFidelis Data Model (GDM) compliant, MILOPS geospatial data representing the RTA at the bases and stations annually.

Review and provide to the COR any recommendations for updates to the RFMSS iNFADS reconcile sheets in accordance with the current version of the GDM, RFMSS and iNFADS databases annually.

Provide to the COR a complete consolidated GIS to RFMSS and iNFADS Comparison Report.

Provide to the COR final MIMICS map documents in accordance with the TECOM RTAM Standard Operating Procedures for MIMICS Development, using the ArcGIS software.

Provide a WBS to include a schedule of anticipated dates for completion of the MIMICS.

Create and supply thematic maps representing the Military Installation Maps Installation Commanders Special, for Bases and Stations.

Provide to the COR, MIM map documents in accordance with the U.S. Army SRP Military Installation Map (MIM) Production, May 2019, using the ArcGIS software.

Collect any required geospatial data per the DLS, through topographical surveys utilizing Global Positioning Systems (GPS). This field collection shall include all validated geospatial locations and attribution in the GDM compliant schema and upload into the ADS. The notional number for validation is approximately forty-five (45) total locational visits per year at the bases and stations.

Provide a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to include a schedule of anticipated dates for completion of the feature classes.

Notify the COR via the MSR (Data Status Stoplight Diagram) of quantity of the completed and uploaded feature classes, including the estimated time of completion at both the primary and ancillary locations into the ADS.

Verify, analyze, rectify anomalies, update and maintain data contained in the MILOPS feature classes, both spatial and non-spatial for the Twentynine (29) MILOPS feature classes listed in the GDM for a total of two-hundred and sixty-one (261) at the primary locations and one-hundred and forty five (145) at the ancillary locations, on an annual basis (Twenty-five percent of the required feature classes shall be completed quarterly.).

All feature classes shall conform to Data Layer Specifications (DLS) standards.

All data delivered shall conform to current DoD, Department of Navy (DoN), and USMC standards and guidelines and shall be published to the Authoritative Data Store (ADS) as outlined in IGI&S ADS Implementation Guidance Annex A, 13 March 2019.
