    Responsibilities

    This is a Performance Manager – Field Operations position with the EXOS Works division of the company. The Performance Manager – Field Operations will coordinate directly with the Field Operations Directors, as well as Program Managers/Site Level Field Teams, to ensure efficiency of the EXOS Methodology and EXOS Product implementation/integration in the field.

    Main Position Responsibilities:

    • Oversight and coordination responsibilities:
      • Coordinate with Field Operations Directors to ensure engaging and accurate application of EXOS Methodology.
      • Coordinate and help drive EXOS Methodology and EXOS Product education.
      • Assist with supporting, programming, and creation of training and support materials for field staff.
      • Assist in the support of onboarding and training for the field staff for New Business and Existing Account Growth
      • Collaborate with Field Operations leadership to drive EXOS Methodology, programming, and Product initiatives
      • Collaborate with other team members such as Creative/Marketing when needed to ensure consistent EXOS Methodology content and collateral
    • This role is a leadership position that must have a strong understanding of the EXOS Methodology.
    • This person must possess strong presentation skills and be able to deliver a world-class experience.
    • Travel is required for this role and could be as much as 50% (at times) based on business needs.
    • Other tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Physical Requirements:

    • Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Also, the physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of working within the EXOS Organization with intimate operational knowledge of the application of EXOS Methodology and Product experience
    • BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science
    • Currently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM

    Other Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge and application of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions
    • Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field.
    • Excels leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
    • Ability to understand problems and identify solution with a strong business acumen
    • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management to meet deadlines
    • Strong ability to support a remote team
    • Ambition, diligence, and passion for improving the lives of others
    • Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals
    • Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
    • Leadership experience preferred
