Job Description
TheIndividual Training Support (Space) will:
- Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program format.
- Provide support with the identification of an individual and collective task crosswalk; development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components; and administer the aforementioned items in Joint Knowledge On-Line (JKO) Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the government with reviews of Directorate and Component training plans, programs, and records.
- Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of Senior Leader Training (SLT) within USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.
- Support the government with Joint STEWG Secretariat planning, preparing, and executing tasks as requested. Tasks include, charter coordination and resolution of education and training issues for the joint force and services.
