We have an opening for a talented Postdoctoral Fellow to join the laboratory of Dr. Joe Arron in Immunology and Dr. Anwesha Dey in Oncology at Genentech. This will be a joint position between both labs. The focus of this position will be to use biochemical and cellular approaches to study tissue regeneration and cross talk between the Hippo and other growth signaling pathways using various in vitro andin vivo model systems. The successful candidate will design and execute experiments in systems including mammalian cell culture (tissue culture, IP western, signaling experiments, shRNA/CRISPR) and mouse models. The labs have access to state of the art mass spectrometry facilities, automation for high-throughput screening, NGS labs, organoid systems, and in vivo mouse models of relevant diseases. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate scientific rigor and a willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists. Qualifications

The qualified individual will possess a Ph.D. in Immunology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular or Cell Biology or related fields with a solid publication record. Excellent communication and writing skills as well as a track record of working in highly collaborative environments is a must. Candidates who have extensive experience working with mouse models and computationally competent to analyze omics and large scale data will be preferred.
