Job Description

Position Summary Details

The Facility Management Clerk is responsible for performing general clerical and dispatching duties.


Essential Functions

  • Dispatching critical work orders to all maintenance technicians
  • Tracking all corresponding purchases for facility purchases
  • Notifying Subcontractors and outside services regarding daily tasks
  • Assist with scheduling Facility Management projects through the clients management team.
  • Notifying internal clients daily status on maint. and repair projects
  • Document incoming and outgoing items
  • Keep a tidy and organized work area

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas
  • Verify computations against physical counts of stock
  • Receive and fill orders or sell supplies
  • Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
  • Drive truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials
  • Pickup and delivery of customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, etc.
  • Accountability for due dates and project scheduling
  • Time management
  • File management and record keeping
  • Client communication
  • Support other personnel as required
Qualifications
  • One year of similar experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
