The Role:
The Business Development Director will be responsible for discovering, developing, and pursuing new business opportunities and relationships within the construction industry in the San Diego market.
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Director is to identify leads, develop and implement account plans; enhance and sustain key relationships which will result in construction management opportunities for the company. The role also requires oversight and effective execution of the business development process.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
