The mission of USSTRATCOM/J7 is to enhance command readiness and mission performance through joint exercises, wargames, training and assessments. USSTRATCOM/J7 also leads the Lessons Learned/After Action programs, IT Test/Evaluation, Modeling/Simulations capabilities, and enables Command workforce professional development.

Requirements:
Experience that demonstrates the ability to: 1) focus on customer needs, 2) communicate well verbally and in writing, 3) establish rapport with many different types of people, 4) critically evaluate problems and develop solutions, 5) rapidly adapt to change, and 6) organize plan and schedule. In addition, the following personnel attributes are required:
At least 3 years' experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
