Raymond West is looking for a Field Installation Manager to join their winning team!

This position is responsible for providing the coordination support to implement smooth, seamless installations of a variety of materials handling equipment projects being installed by our Systems Department. The Systems Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating delivery of equipment, supplies, and tools with schedules of our installers and availability of our customer's installation site.

We are a dynamic, quickly growing department that has many projects being implemented at all times. This position requires superior organization capabilities and exemplary communication skills with an eye on internal and external customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide sales coordination support for the Account Managers and Systems Sales Specialists by developing project schedules and communicating with all involved.
  • Monitor equipment deliveries from factories based on vendor order acknowledgement forms.
  • Coordinate with freight companies and our internal transportation department for timely deliveries of equipment, rental forklifts/scissor lifts, and tools/supplies.
  • Advise Accounting Department when to process customer invoices and release payments to vendors.
  • Monitor and tag inventory of stock equipment supplies as needed for orders
  • Create and maintain positive supplier / manufacturer relationships.
  • Monitor and coordinate with vendor shipping department.
  • Obtain vendor quotes and order installation supplies through Accounting Department's Sales Coordinators
  • Process project schedules and related documents in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Keep neat, accurate records
  • Monitor and update the stock rack and dock equipment inventory.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess organizational skills and ability to be flexible to make schedule changes due to customer requirements.
  • Be able to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees and managers in other departments.
  • May require lifting of small to medium sized parts to prepare orders for pickup.
  • Be able to communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and manufacturers both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess effective listening and questioning skills.
  • Present a clean, neat professional appearance.
  • Be able to manage time effectively.
  • Maintain a professional attitude in all matters.
  • Be willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.
  • Motivated to continuous self-development and training.
  • Willing to assume more responsibility as required.
  • Self confident and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to comply with the associate handbook.
