EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN (Swing Shift)
FormFactor, Inc. Baldwin Park, CA Must be willing to work one weekend day!
Shift Available, Tuesday - Saturday, 2nd Shift:
Tuesday - Friday: 4:30pm - 1am
Saturday - 10am - 5:30pm

*Hands on trouble-shooting experience in 3-5 of the following: high vacuum sputtering tools, low vacuum plasma RIE tools, photolithographic tools, electroplating wet benches and anode maintenance, lapping & polishing , flycuting system, probe bonding, solder bumping, pick-n-place, electrical testers, cleanroom facility and DI water system, hazardous waste handling
*Continually evaluates effectiveness of PM's. Updates PM's as needed
*Determines spare parts needs and requisitions necessary parts to meet these needs.
