  • Participate in strategic planning for and expansion of Employee apps into new and existing markets.

  • Pragmatic approach, as this team moves fast, and your role includes helping to remove barriers so we can continually deliver customer value to the market.

  • Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, the Jobs To Be Done framework, and customer research to inform the product roadmap.

  • Champion and evangelize new capabilities and solutions with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

  • Engage directly with key customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

  • Actively participate in industry events, customer briefings, advisory boards, and social media communications.

  • Present technical product and roadmap to customer executives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering products that span from the application layer to the platform layer, with strong support for ecosystem partners. You will need to be comfortable at all layers of the stack for the product areas you own.

  • Equivalent of 15+ years of product management or similar experience. Deep experience of the fundamentals of agile execution and delivery and hands-on product management. Ability to wield influence effectively to drive outcomes.

  • Experience building, leading and working with teams spanning multiple geographies.

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and also large enterprise enterprise software companies. Our team is often a mix of both energies.
