EMI is looking for a Quality Manager to help support the project requirements and furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, operators, and other items necessary to provide recurring and non-recurring maintenance and repair services for various facilities and equipment at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms.
Services to be performed include Facility Management, Facility Investment (e.g., HVAC, lighting, chiller plants, cathodic protection, fire protection, vertical transportation equipment, compressed air systems, boilers, etc.), Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Swimming Pools, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Pavement Clearance, and Environmental. Maintenance requirements include Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Incidental Repairs, Service Orders, Emergency Service Orders, Urgent Service Orders, Routine Service Orders, Grounds Maintenance, and Pest Control.
Key Responsibilities:
