Job summary:
The Director is responsible for the management, control and administration of ENC Aftermarket Support Functions. This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling and direction to a group of technicians and parts personnel to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are done in a safe and timely manner, reducing lost productivity within the shop and achieve sales and productivity objectives. The role will be responsible for developing service/parts operations, gross profit and expense controls.

Five plus years of truck/bus experience at a heavy/medium duty operation or dealership and preferably possess background with these vehicles in a service/warranty leadership role.
