Raymond West is looking for a sharp Systems Sales Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for providing the sales coordination support to the outside Account Managers including CCM's and BDR. Coordination is responsible for placing sales orders with vendors and/or manufacturers, processing vendor invoicing and producing sales invoices to customers.

The Sales Coordinator will strive to create and maintain positive customer, outside Account Manager and vendor/manufacturer relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide sales coordination support for the Account Managers including CCM's and BDR's by placing vendor orders.
  • Process sales orders and purchase orders in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Follow up for status of all open/undelivered vendor orders.
  • Create and maintain positive supplier / manufacturer relationships.
  • Coordinate transportation / delivery of sales orders based on customer requirements.
  • Processing vendor/manufacturer payables in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable collection as necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with approved installer and submit for approvals as required.
  • Confirm with Account Rep / Project Manager installation is complete and request customer sign off if applicable.
  • Process final lease documents and generate invoicing to Raymond Lease.
  • Keep neat, accurate records of sales customer orders via spreadsheets.
  • Generate customer invoices for sales orders in a prompt and timely manner (including progressive billing).
  • Calculate Account Manager Sales order commissions.
  • Update Account Managers sales bookings as needed.
  • Provide clerical support to assigned Project manager.
  • Attend sales Kick off meeting as requested by Project Manager.
  • Process change orders / charge backs as needed.
  • Complete Systems Project Costing Report.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.


REASONING ABILITY
Be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Weekdays (Monday through Friday) 8 am to 5 pm (or variable as required).
