Overview

Jensen Hughes is seeking a remote Proposal Coordinator in the U.S. The Proposal Coordinator supports the Proposal + Capture Marketing function by performing duties which include assisting with proposal development and production; developing and executing direct marketing initiatives; and providing additional sales, vendor management, and market research support as needed regionally. You will be aligned with strategy and business development teams to support all major opportunities and proposals as needed regionally.

Responsibilities

    Supports Regional Proposal Leader to lead and assist with proposal activities.
  • Organizes, produces, and assembles proposal submissions including RFI's, RFQ's, RFP's, LOI's, SOQ's, SF330's, and Vendor Registrations.
    • Helps to coordinate strategic client vendor procurement, registration and management with Finance, Contracts and other business areas as needed.
    • Contributes to building a repository of materials specific to regional needs.
    • Updates client and project information in the marketing project and personnel database, Cosential, including project descriptions, staff resume updates and other shared knowledge used by the proposal team.
    • Adheres to established proposal and knowledge management templates and quality standards while adhering to established Jensen Hughes Brand guidelines.
  • Assists in other marketing and/or business development areas as requested or assigned.

Adheres to proposal capture process.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with architecture, engineering or consulting firm is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales / business development is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office suites - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience in CRM systems - i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, Cosential HighRise
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and / or Cosential is preferred.
  • Ability to understand principles of layout and application to marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines by evaluating changing business and conditions.
  • Experience collecting data from a variety of stakeholders and functional business areas, including project managers and finance to generate proposals within respective region.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, and proofreading skills required.
